Los Olivos was a district that belongs to the province of Lima. In the beginning, this land belonged to the district of San Martín de Porres, but it was separated in 1989 due to a petition of the neighbors themselves. Los Olivos is characterized for being a zone that has received many migration waves, especially from Cajamarca, La Libertad, Áncash, Piura and Lambayeque.

- For history lovers we advised to visit the Huaca de Oro. You'll find it in the intersection of Invocación Street and 21 Street. The historical records show that it was built by the Lima culture.

- An important building in Los Olivos is the Huaralino, located in front of the Naranjal oval. In this local tropical music concerts are held.
You can visit Los Olivos in any month of the year, but we advised you to do it between November and March. These months are called the summer season because of the sun.
