Terms and Conditions

The following terms and The following terms and conditions (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.redbus.pe and our mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). The Website is owned, administered, and operated by IBIBO Group Private Limited, Empresa Digital Peruana S.A.C. (hereinafter referred to as "Redbus")

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website, which functions as an online marketplace. For clarification purposes, it is hereby established that Redbus, through the Website, does not provide any transportation services itself; rather, it is a platform that simply connects various bus operators with passengers of those buses. Redbus makes the Website available to Users, showcasing a wide array of Transport Service Providers (hereinafter referred to as “the Providers” or “bus operators”) who offer and market their transportation services to Users through the Website. In this sense, Redbus acts as an intermediary between the User/Buyer and the Providers of Transport Services, offering its platforms or Website for transactions to take place. Redbus and the Providers are independent companies, not affiliates, and the Providers' use of the platform does not imply any joint venture or association between them.

It is noted that Redbus is not the provider of Transport Services (hereinafter the "Services"), and it is clarified that Redbus acts on behalf of the Providers, meaning that Redbus is not directly or indirectly obligated to perform the Services. When the User contracts the Services through the Website, they are entering into a Service contract directly with the Provider offering the Services through the Website. Redbus acts solely as an intermediary, and its involvement is limited to the sale of the ticket through the Website.

By contracting the Services from the Providers through the Website, the User agrees to these Terms, which constitute an electronic record or acknowledgment in accordance with applicable law. This electronic record or acknowledgment is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature. By using the Website, you express and confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

Redbus allows you to browse the Website and purchase bus tickets for yourself, your family, and/or third parties without registering on the Website. You will be considered to have read, understood, and expressly accepted these Terms, which will govern each desired transaction for reserving and purchasing bus tickets through the Website for all purposes, and will be binding on you. All your rights and obligations concerning your use of the Website and regarding the reservation and ticketing services (hereinafter “Facility”) provided by the Website will be governed by these Terms.

These Terms are general and apply to the intermediary services provided by Redbus and the use of the Website. They do not in any way replace or modify the Transport Service provided by the Providers, nor do they modify the legally established obligations or liability limitations, or the special or specific conditions defined by each Provider for the Transport Services. Before contracting any Provider for Transport Services, you (the User) are required to review the specific conditions for each Service, as established by each Provider and detailed on the Provider's website. Redbus is not responsible for and has no influence over the specific conditions or terms set by each Provider for providing Transport Services. Thus, upon contracting the Service, you (the User) declare that you are fully aware of the terms and conditions of the Transport Service that will be provided by your chosen Provider.

Redbus has no involvement in the collection of penalties, administrative fees for ticket endorsements by the Providers, or fare differences if applicable, in accordance with each Provider's Service terms and conditions.

Additionally, by accepting these Terms, you confirm your agreement with other Redbus policies related to the Website, including but not limited to the (i) Privacy Policy; and (ii) Cookie Policy, in effect at the time of the transaction.

In these Terms, both you and redBus are individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."

  1. Terminology:
    1. For the purposes of these Terms, where the context requires, "You" or "User" (meaning the user of 'redBus') shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to purchase bus tickets from a Provider and/or is a user of the Facility offered on the Website.
    2. The terms "We," "Us," or "Our" shall mean redBus and/or its affiliates.

  2. Our Website:
    Redbus is an online aggregator or intermediary for bus tickets, simply connecting bus operators (transport providers or "Providers") with passengers (Users or Consumers). Accordingly, Redbus wishes to clarify the following:
    1. The Website is an online marketplace that merely lists the inventory (itineraries) of bus operators (Providers) who have registered on the Website, but it does not own or provide the Transport Services itself. Therefore, the Website’s limited role is to connect you with the bus operator (Provider) and vice versa.
    2. You understand and agree that the bus tickets detailed and/or offered for sale by the bus operator (Provider) on the Website have been determined exclusively by the respective bus operator (Provider). As an aggregator/facilitator/intermediary, redBus has no control over the tickets detailed on the Website or the Service to be provided by the Provider. If the tickets or their characteristics violate any regulation or any order or ruling of any regulatory authority, tribunal, or court, it is the sole responsibility of each bus operator (Provider) to ensure that its tickets comply with applicable regulations, orders, or rulings. redBus will not be responsible in any way for such violations.
    3. In light of the above, you agree that any responsibility regarding any transportation Service offered on the Website, in accordance with applicable laws, lies with the bus operator (Provider) and not with redBus. In case of any deficiency in the Service, you must direct any action arising from such deficiency against the bus operator (who is the actual Provider of the service) and not against redBus.
    4. You further declare and acknowledge that redBus is merely a facilitator or intermediary and cannot be a Part of or control in any way the Services you contract through the Website. Consequently, the Transport Service contract you acquire through the Website will be a strictly bilateral contract between you and the listed bus operators (Providers) offering their Services on the Website.

  3. User Account:
    Redbus may offer you the option to create a User Account on the Website. This User Account may be linked to your email address, phone number, or both. Whether you use the Website by registering a User Account with Redbus or as a guest (unregistered user), you agree to the following conditions:
    1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or devices to prevent unauthorized access to your Account when you use the Website by registering an account with Redbus.
    2. By using the Website, whether as a guest or registered user (through the User Account), you authorize Redbus and its agents to access third-party websites, including but not limited to bank websites and other payment gateways designated by the bank or on its behalf, to retrieve the information necessary for processing a transaction generated by the Registered or Guest User on the Website.
    3. If you use the Website through a User Account, you agree to take responsibility for all actions performed through your Redbus Account.
    4. If you use the Website through a User Account, you must take all necessary measures to keep the password confidential and secure and inform Redbus immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has been compromised or is being used, or is likely to be used, without authorization. Redbus will not be liable for any loss you may incur due to the misuse of compromised account credentials. Please ensure that the details you provide to Redbus are correct and up-to-date, and inform Redbus immediately of any changes to the information you supplied when registering your account with Redbus.
    5. You agree to comply with all additional procedures and guidelines related to your use of the Website, as may be modified from time to time. You will also be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Website concerning the jurisdiction applicable to each transaction.
    6. The Website may only be used for personal purposes and not in any way for commercial purposes. Therefore, you are not authorized to resell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g., through spiders, scraping), display, download, or reproduce any content or information, software, products, or Facility available on the Website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
    7. Redbus reserves the right to deny you access to the Website, suspend your Redbus account, cancel any bus ticket bookings, remove and/or edit content on the Website at any time, without notice, and at its sole discretion if it deems or has reasonable indications that your account is being used for purposes other than those defined in point 6 above or that may result in illegal activities.

  4. Eligibility and Membership:
    1. The use of the Website is available only to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under Peruvian law. Persons who are "incapacitated to contract" as provided in the Civil Code and other applicable regulations in Peru are not eligible to use the Website. If you are a minor, you are not permitted to register as a User on the Website, conduct transactions, or use the Website.
    2. As a minor, if you wish to use or make transactions on the Website, such use or transaction may only be carried out by your legal guardian or parents. We reserve the right to suspend your membership and/or deny you access to the Website if it is found that you are a minor or otherwise incapacitated or unable to contract according to the laws in force in Peru.

  5. redBus Wallet:
    Redbus may, at its sole discretion, provide promotional credits to its Registered Users (through User Accounts), which will be granted through the Redbus Wallet. Users may conduct transactions on the Website, paying a portion of the ticket price with the available credit in the Redbus online Wallet (hereinafter, the “Wallet”), under the following conditions:
    1. Redbus may grant Customers promotional credit directly to the Wallet through the following mechanisms:
      1. Promotional code for partial cashback on the amount paid for bus tickets, directly to the Wallet.
      2. Referral program promotional code, whereby a Redbus account user can invite new users to create new Redbus accounts.
      3. Other conditions detailed in the Wallet terms of use.
      4. The cash-equivalent balance available in the Wallet may be used by the Customer exclusively to make bus ticket reservations on the Website. The Customer may pay up to 10% of the total ticket value with Wallet credit in each transaction; the remaining amount must be paid directly by the Customer.
      5. Any promotional funds deposited in your Wallet by Redbus will not be refundable to your bank account upon the cancellation of a reservation. Such promotional funds have an expiration date after which they will no longer be available for your use.
      6. Any balance in your Wallet that remains unused and unclaimed for more than six (6) months will be blocked and forfeited, unless it originates from refunds for canceled tickets.
      7. If you generate PagoEfectivo codes using Wallet points but do not complete the payment, these points will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
      8. Wallet balance from credits issued as refunds for amounts paid for canceled tickets will remain in the Wallet without an expiration date.
      9. Wallet balance from credits issued as refunds for amounts paid for canceled tickets can be used in full to purchase new tickets by Registered Users.

  6. Privacy:
    Redbus’s internal policies related to information privacy are outlined in the following documents available to you:
    1. The Website's 'Privacy Policy'; and
    2. The Website's 'Cookie Policy'..

  7. Links:
    1. This Website may contain links to other websites maintained by third parties (hereinafter referred to as "External Sites"). These External Sites are linked to the Website solely for reference and convenience. Redbus does not operate, control, or endorse these External Sites or their content in any way. As a User, you assume exclusive responsibility for using these External Sites and are therefore advised to carefully review the terms and conditions contained therein.
    2. You may not link your own website or any Third-Party website to this Website without obtaining prior written approval from Redbus. Using any automated screen capture or screen adaptation technology to obtain information from this Website without Redbus’s prior written approval constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights.

  8. Usage Procedure:
    1. You acknowledge that you have only a limited right to the ordinary use of the Website and are not authorized to modify any part of the Website or to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, resell, or access the Facility for any commercial purpose.
    2. You are also obligated to use this Website solely for reasonable and lawful purposes and will not engage in any activity not anticipated by these Terms. You will use this Website and any bus tickets purchased through it exclusively for personal, non-commercial use, and you will not resell the tickets to anyone else.
    3. You may not use any meta tags or other hidden text utilizing the Website, trade names, or trademarks registered by Redbus or its affiliates without the express written consent of Redbus and/or its affiliates, as applicable.
    4. You shall not use the Website for any of the following::
      1. For fraudulent purposes or in connection with criminal acts or other unlawful activity; and/or
      2. To send or transport any material on the bus of any Provider that does not belong to you; or material that is illegal, illicit, dangerous, regulated, or offensive (including but not limited to material that is sexually explicit or promotes racism, intolerance, hatred, or physical harm), misleading, deceptive, infringing on the privacy or rights of others, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, ethnically objectionable, demeaning, or in violation of copyrights, trademarks, confidentiality, privacy, or any other protected information or right; or that may otherwise be injurious to third parties; or that promotes or is associated with money laundering, terrorism financing, gambling, or betting; or that is harmful to minors in any way; or that impersonates another person; or threatens the unity, integrity, security, or sovereignty of Peru or friendly relations with foreign states; or that is unlawful in any way whatsoever; or that consists of, or contains, computer viruses, political campaigns, commercial sales, chain letters, mass mailings, and any form of unsolicited mail (“spam”) intended to cause annoyance, inconvenience, or unnecessary anxiety.

  9. Correspondence / Notifications:
    1. When you use the Website or send emails or other data, information, or communication to Redbus, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records and authorize receiving communications from Redbus electronically on a periodic basis, as and when required. If you wish to limit the consent given for receiving communications through electronic means, you may follow the steps outlined in our Privacy Policy, detailed in section 6 of these Terms.
    2. We may communicate with you via email, SMS, or any other mode of communication you provide, to the extent you have authorized it. At any time, you may grant, withdraw, or grant this consent again. Redbus operates within the scope of Law 29733 (Personal Data Protection), Law 28493 (Anti-Spam Law), the “Thank you, do not insist” Registry, and other applicable legal provisions in Peru.

  10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability:
    1. This Website and the services inherent to it (including but not limited to software) made available to you through this Website, with the exception of Transport Services provided by the Transport Providers according to these Terms, are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis at the time of contracting or using the Website, unless Redbus specifies otherwise in writing or on the Website.
    2. Notwithstanding the above, the Website does not guarantee that: (i) The Website will be constantly available, or available at all; or, (ii) That the information provided by the Transport Service Providers and reflected on the Website is complete, accurate, truthful, or non-misleading, as the information on the Transport Service is exclusively the responsibility of the Providers, as detailed in these Terms.
    3. Redbus will only be liable to you for the content, use, and functioning of, or in relation to, the Website. In this regard, Redbus guarantees that this Website, the product information and content (i.e., the software), the Facility, Redbus servers, and the electronic communication sent by us are secure for the User, in accordance with industry standards. Nevertheless, Redbus states that, despite all efforts and high security standards, the Website could be exposed to cyber-attacks that may affect its functionality and/or security, which will be communicated to Users immediately.
    4. You may be required to enter a valid phone number when reserving a bus ticket on the Website. By registering your phone number with us, you declare that this number is personal and that you have full access to it; additionally, you authorize us to contact you via phone calls, text messages, or instant messaging (WhatsApp), with such communications being valid for transaction purposes on the Website, including purchases, changes, refunds, and generally all necessary actions regarding your purchase. Redbus will not use your personal information to initiate any promotional phone calls or SMS without your prior consent.
    5. To reserve bus tickets through the Website, we guarantee that we will be responsible for the following activities:
      1. Issuing a valid ticket (a ticket that will be previously accepted by the bus operator, i.e., the Service Provider); and
      2. Providing customer support and information in the event of any bus departure delay or other inconvenience that may arise. This information will be provided based on what is communicated to us by the Provider.
      3. Redbus will process the ticket cancellation request of customers subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the respective bus operator (Provider). The cancellation fee may vary for each bus operator (Provider).
    6. Notwithstanding the above, we assume NO liability for the following:
      1. If a specific operator's bus (Provider) fails to depart from or arrive at the pickup or destination point on time;
      2. If the employees of the bus operators are rude or discourteous to you;
      3. If the seats or the journey with the bus operator do not meet your expectations;
      4. If the bus operator modifies and/or cancels your bus ticket reservation in part or in full due to unavoidable reasons, as described in the following clauses;
      5. If your luggage is lost, stolen, or damaged;
      6. If the bus operator changes a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady, elderly person, or child as a passenger;
      7. If the bus departs without you on board, while you were waiting at the incorrect boarding point (please contact the bus operator to confirm the exact boarding location if you are not a regular traveler with a specific bus operator);
      8. If the bus operator changes the boarding point and/or uses a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to transport passengers to the bus departure point; and
      9. If the bus operator does not allow luggage beyond a predetermined limit or of certain characteristics, according to the bus operator's sole discretion as outlined in the Terms and Conditions of the bus operator (Provider).

  11. Payments:
    1. When using any of the payment methods available on the Website, Redbus shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you, directly or indirectly, due to any of the following reasons:
      1. Lack of bank or similar authorization for any transaction; or
      2. Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon by you and any bank(s); or
      3. Any payment issue arising from the transaction (unless the issue is due to Website malfunction attributable to Redbus); or
      4. Declining the transaction for any other reason(s).
    2. Please note that: Transactions:
      1. Transaction prices, and all commercial terms governing the provision of transport services are based on a principal-to-principal relationship and represent bilateral contractual obligations between you and the selected bus operator (Provider). Payment facilities or methods are tools used by you and the bus operator to facilitate transaction completion. The use of the payment Facility does not make Redbus responsible or liable for non-delivery, non-receipt, non-payment, damage or harm, breach of representations and warranties, or fraud concerning the transport services offered by bus operators (Providers) on the Website.
      2. You have specifically authorized the Website or its service providers to collect, process, facilitate, and remit payments and/or the transaction price electronically. Your relationship with the Website is principal-to-principal, and by accepting these Terms, you agree that the Website is an independent contractor for all purposes and has no control or liability over the transport services offered by bus operators (Providers) on the Website, which are paid for through the payment facility.
      3. You understand, accept, and agree that the payment facility provided through any third party on the Website is neither a banking nor a financial service rendered by Redbus, but merely a facilitator providing an automated, electronic, online facility for electronic payment remittance and collection for transactions carried out on the Website, utilizing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks. Furthermore, in providing the payment facility, the Website does not act as a trustee or in any fiduciary capacity concerning the transaction or transaction price.
    3. You understand and agree to pay Redbus the following:
      1. A fee equivalent to 3% of each ticket (including VAT) for using the Platform and the facilities provided through the Platform.
      2. The platform usage fee is non-refundable in any case, except in instances of force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or when the sale could not be completed due to Platform malfunctions.
      3. The platform usage fee will be displayed before the final payment of the transaction (checkout). The detailed amount for the platform usage fee includes VAT.
      4. The platform usage fee does not imply any responsibility on the part of Redbus for the Transport Service, as the service remains exclusively provided by the Transport Providers, nor does it imply any management or administration of the Transport Services by Redbus.

  12. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    Cancellation Policy
    Redbus will process any ticket cancellation request form in accordance with the cancellation and/or refund policy of the respective bus operator (Provider). The cancellation fee and the time required to process the refund will vary depending on each bus operator. Please refer to the bus operator's cancellation policy.

    How does the customer cancel a ticket?
    The Customer is entitled to a 100% ticket refund, provided that the Provider does not charge a cancellation penalty. The customer will not be eligible for a refund if the ticket is canceled outside the established timeframes. Service fees and travel insurance are non-refundable. Any service fee that Redbus may charge is non-refundable, as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.

    Refund Policy
    Redbus will process any ticket cancellation request form in accordance with the cancellation and/or refund policy of the respective bus operator (Provider). The cancellation fee and the time required to process the refund will vary depending on each bus operator. Please refer to the bus operator's cancellation policy.

    Regarding refunds, you acknowledge and accept the following policy, based on the following scenarios:

    a. If the User made the purchase through their User Account:

    If the User purchased tickets with a credit or debit card: To process the refund, Redbus, through its platform or payment gateway, will reverse the charge and issue the refund within a maximum of two (2) calendar days. However, the User should consider their bank's refund and cancellation policies, as the bank itself may take additional time to reflect the refund or reversal of the purchase. Redbus will send the User the transaction code for the refund or a corresponding confirmation. If it is not possible to reverse the charge to the User's credit or debit card, the process will proceed as outlined in the following paragraph.

    If the User purchased tickets through Pago Efectivo, Yape, or a similar method: Redbus will send a communication to the phone number provided by the User during the purchase process (via text message or WhatsApp) so that the User can decide to: (i) have the refund deposited into a bank account, for which the User must provide the bank account number and corresponding bank details within 48 hours; or (ii) have Redbus credit the total refund amount to the Redbus Wallet, which the User may use in full at any time.

    The User accepts that Redbus will make its best effort to contact them and obtain the User's decision regarding the refund (attempting multiple times). If the User does not choose one of the aforementioned options, fails to provide the required bank details within 48 hours of Redbus’s communication, or provides an incorrect bank account number, the User agrees that Redbus will make the deposit directly to the Redbus Wallet.

    b. If the User made the purchase in redBus

    In the case that the Guest User has purchased their tickets with a credit or debit card: for the refund of the money, RedBus, through the payment platform or gateway, will reverse the charge and process the refund within a maximum period of two (2) calendar days. However, the User must take into account the refund and purchase cancellation policies of their bank, as the bank itself may take time to reflect the refund or reversal of the purchase. RedBus will provide the User with the transaction code or corresponding proof of the refund. If it is not possible to process the reversal or refund to the User’s credit or debit card, the procedure outlined in the following paragraph will be followed.

    In the case that the Guest User has purchased their tickets through Cash Payment, Yape, or similar methods: RedBus will send a communication to the phone number provided by the Guest User during the purchase process (via text message or WhatsApp) so that the User can decide: (i) to have the deposit made into a bank account, for which the User must provide the bank account number and specify the corresponding banking institution within 72 hours; or (ii) for RedBus to issue a Voucher for the refund amount, which can be used by the User to purchase new tickets.

    The User agrees and accepts that RedBus will make its best effort to contact them and obtain their decision or information regarding the refund (repeatedly if necessary). If the User does not choose one of the aforementioned options, does not provide the required bank information within 72 hours of the communication with RedBus, or provides an incorrect account number, they agree that RedBus will proceed with issuing a Voucher for the refund amount under the following conditions:

    1. This Voucher will be valid for up to ten (10) years from the date of its issuance.
    2. This Voucher will be sent to the User's email, and its custody and care will be their responsibility, as well as ensuring the accuracy of the provided information. Therefore, we suggest the User carefully review the personal data entered to ensure it is correct.
    3. There is no minimum purchase amount required to use the Voucher.
    4. This voucher may only be used once (1) and will be invalidated after its use, regardless of any remaining balance.

  13. Transport Policy:
    1. You are responsible for ensuring that your travel date, time, and destination are correct before requesting/reserving bus tickets or when confirming your ticket purchase on the Website. Please review the Cancellation Policy available on the Website for details regarding cancellations and refunds.
    2. You are solely responsible for arriving at the designated boarding point with reasonable anticipation before departure time. We are not responsible if you fail to board the bus at the scheduled departure time.
    3. Bus operators (Providers) reserve the right to deny transportation for you and your luggage on the bus for any reasonable and/or justified reason, including but not limited to:
      1. Carrying contraband, illegal, dangerous, or regulated substances; fragile, oversized, or overweight luggage.
      2. If you are unable to present valid government-issued identification while traveling.
      3. If the payment for your ticket is fraudulent.
      4. If your seat reservation was made fraudulently or illegally, or if it was acquired from an unauthorized person.
      5. If the credit card used to pay for the ticket reservation has been reported as lost or stolen.
      6. If the itinerary, reservation, or confirmation slip is false or fraudulently obtained.
      7. If your reservation itinerary has been altered by someone other than Redbus or our authorized agents, under your explicit instructions.
      8. If you are unable to present a valid and readable boarding ticket for the intended journey. The boarding ticket serves as proof of the transport contract between the bus operator (Provider) and the ticket holder.
      9. If you are deemed medically unfit to travel and could pose a health risk to other passengers on board, at the sole discretion of the bus operator.
      10. If you do not arrive on time to board before departure, or if you fail to board the bus at the scheduled departure time.
    4. Without prejudice to these Terms, the User declares that they are aware of the specific terms and conditions of the Provider delivering the Transport Service. The User is also obligated to review the Provider’s terms before using the Service.
    5. If the bus operator (Provider) has refused to transport you or has found it necessary to remove you from transport for any of the reasons mentioned above, we reserve the right to cancel the unused ticket, and you will not be entitled to further transportation or a ticket refund. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, costs, or indirect or consequential fees that you may incur due to the bus operator's refusal to provide transportation.
    6. Minors are not permitted to reserve tickets on their own or travel alone. They must be accompanied by an adult with a Notarized or Judicial Travel Authorization for Minors.
    7. Children over five (5) years of age are required to have a bus ticket at the regular fare, unless a specific bus operator indicates otherwise in its terms and conditions.
    8. Bus operators reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, and/or delay any trip and replace buses as they deem necessary, with timely notification to passengers.
    9. You are responsible for carrying valid and necessary government-issued identification documents for the trip, such as a passport, National Identity Document (DNI), or Foreign Residency Card (CE).
    10. According to MTC regulations, panoramic seats may not be occupied by persons under 15 years of age, pregnant women, or infants in arms.

  14. Intellectual Property Rights:
    1. By this document, you expressly release Redbus, its affiliates, or its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, loss, liability, or other consequences arising from the actions/inactions of providers (third parties and/or bus operators). You specifically waive any claims or demands you may have in any capacity under any statute, contract, or otherwise, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

  17. Losses:
    Redbus shall not be liable for any loss (including lost profits, loss of revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, or estimated losses) or any other indirect or consequential loss resulting from the User's misuse of the Website, except where the loss is due to a Website malfunction attributable to Redbus.

    The User declares and acknowledges that in the event of any losses or damages caused by the Transport Service Provider, the sole party responsible for compensation is the Transport Service Provider, not Redbus..

  18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Peru. The courts located in Lima Cercado shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms.

    Redbus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, maintain, and/or cancel any bus ticket reservations made by you on the Redbus Website, mobile website, and mobile applications that are considered fraudulent or suspicious by Redbus.

    Redbus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice; however, any changes to the Terms will be posted on the Website as soon as they are uploaded. Redbus may request your acceptance of the Terms again in case of any changes.

  21. Limitation of Liability:
    Redbus shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages arising from the User's misuse, improper use, or fraudulent use of the Website, the facilities, the transaction processing service, or the User's inability to contract.

    Redbus shall only be liable for direct damages caused by the Website's malfunction attributable to Redbus, provided that the User demonstrates the direct damage caused.
