It’s a delight made of mussels, ground chilly pepper, salt, pepper, cumin, oil and onion, all of it slow cooked for 15 minutes, served with bread and manioc.

It’s a dish of exotic flavor made of one of the most common fishes of the Pisco sea. The ray is prepared very fresh, with salt, pepper, crackers, oil, garlic and milk, marinating the ray with the other ingredients to bread it with ground crackers and fry it.
